Phillips George Estate Agents are amazing. From the very first contact up to the exchange of keys they have been... honest, reliable, responsive and friendly. Our sale and purchase has taken around 6 months to complete with several hiccups along the way. Clare and her team have dealt with all of these in a prompt and professional way, and were able to give us reliable advice at every stage. Their communication with clients is second to none, I always felt in the loop with every stage of the process and would have regular emails and phone calls. Clare always reassured me that their priority is their client, and that they would fight for anything in their favour. Nothing was to silly to ask or to little to action. Its true - moving house is stressful! Leave it in the safe hands of the Phillips George team - you won't regret it!read more

Clare and the team could not have done more to help in the process of selling our house. It is after the sale has been... made that the hard work seems to start. Clare was unstinting in her efforts to ensure that the process ran as smoothly and as quickly as it could and liaising with buyers and solicitors. It felt like she was always on our side, was professional, friendly and kept us up to date on a regular basis.I would recommend the team to anyone and especially as they were not the most expensive and had a very personal touch.read more

Phillips George estate agents are absolutely brilliant in their job. Extremely professional in conduct. Will listen to... reasonable judgments and offers. Negotiations are paramount in securing the right price to agree on either side of the parties involved and Samantha made sure this was the case. They always kept us updated of the progress. It was not an easy process given the several lockdowns in our area's. With their consistent and constant efforts in chasing up conveyancing on both sides of the party, they made sure communications were not lost.Samantha and Clare were fantastic and I'd recommend them anyday.5🌟 and 👍🏽. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dan and Clare from Phillips George and I can honestly say that at every step of the... way they were excellent. They set an ambitious but achievable asking price and thanks to their connections and industry we had three offers of the asking price within a week of being on the market. This was largely down to Dan's sales demeanour. He sells you himself when you first meet him as he values the property for you and you instantly think "if he can present our house half as well as he presents himself this is going to be a quick sell". Honestly you see it as soon as you meet him! They're communication with all parties was excellent for the duration of the process and as an added bonus they're just good people! The aftercare from Clare during the processes leading up to exchange of contracts was particularly valuable to us as she politely but diligently chased parties; her presence, in addition to the pestering we were doing, really helped us get over the line and made us feel like we had an ally! We will recommend them to everyone we know.read more

Clare, Paul and Sam have been fantastic in selling our house! We can't recommend them enough. Our house sold on the... first viewing for full asking before it was even listed on rightmove/zoopla. This is because they take great care in matching buyers and sellers. Once we had accepted an offer they kept us in the loop and really helped make our sale and purchase as smooth as possible. We used both the solicitors and removals as per their recommendation and again both were great. If we ever sell our house again, it will be with Clare and Paul. I have just completed my house sale with Phillips George. Right from the start meeting Clare we knew they were the... agents for us. Clare worked tirelessly with our sale, achieved the asking price, within a day of being on the market. She was always on the phone, pushing the move along and clearing up and queries for us to ensure completion went as smoothly as possible. Having looked at a couple of agents, including purple bricks I can say, hand on heart Phillips George went above and beyond for us and I often felt like we were their only client with such a personal service!
